By requesting a scrap metal pickup, scheduling collection, using our services, website, or allowing us to place/retrieve bins at your location, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We provide mobile pickup of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals (e.g., steel, iron, aluminum, copper, brass, appliances, construction/demolition scrap) from residential, commercial, and industrial sites across our service area.
Pricing is based on current market rates, material type, quality, quantity, and our final assessment/weight at pickup—payments are made by our standard methods (e.g., cash, e-transfer) after collection and evaluation. Big Bee Metals reserves the right to refuse, reject, reclassify, or not pay for any materials that are contaminated, hazardous (e.g., asbestos, radioactive, PCBs), stolen/prohibited or do not meet our standards. Bins we provide for convenient on-site accumulation remain property of Big Bee Metals at all times.
You use our services at your own risk; we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our gross negligence. If we place bins or provide ongoing collection, upon termination of services (for any reason, including non-payment or breach), we may retrieve our bins from your location with reasonable notice, and you agree to grant access, not interfere, and ensure the area is safe for removal. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada, with disputes resolved in Ontario courts. We may update these Terms anytime; continued requests or use after changes means acceptance.
